Power, Charging & Model Guide

There are 4 power supply methods.
1. Built-in rechargeable battery
2. 12V car cigarette lighter cable
3. DC 12V power adapter
4. 110V portbale power station

The built-in 4000mAh battery provides approximately 100 minutes (about 1.6 hours) of continuous operation for the pump and ignition system and the camping water heater can be fully charged in 3 hours.

Yes, the G3 Series supports simultaneous charging and discharging, allowing you to run the unit while connected to a 12V power source.

The G3 PRO only includes a Cigarette Lighter Cable for car charging. The DC 12V Adapter for wall outlets is included with the G3 MAX, or can be purchased separately

While both models share the same 20,000 BTU output and 4000mAh battery, the G3 MAX includes additional accessories: a Pet Shower Sprayer, a DC 12V Wall Adapter, and a customized Carry Bag.

Please note that the unit will automatically switch off when fully charged. When 1 red bar and 2 white bars are displayed, it is in full state.

Weatherproofing, Storage & Winter Maintenance

While designed for outdoor use, it is water-resistant rather than fully waterproof. It should be protected from heavy rain and never submerged.

Drain all water, disconnect gas, and store in a dry place. Charge the battery to 50% every 3 months to maintain health. G3 MAX users can use the Carry Bag for storage.

After use, always drain the residual water from the unit using the drain valve to prevent the internal pipes from bursting in freezing temperatures.

Note: Damage caused by frozen water in the heat exchanger is considered a maintenance failure and is not covered by warranty.

Display Error Codes Guide

E1 indicates a flame failure. Check if the propane tank is empty, the gas regulator is properly connected, or if wind is blowing out the burner.

E2 indicates high-temperature protection. Turn off the heat, increase water flow, and let the unit cool down before restarting.

E3 usually indicates an exhaust malfunction or dry-burn protection. Check for gas supply issues, venting obstructions, or low water flow.

E6 code is overheat protection, not a quality issue. To prevent burns, our water heater turns off and displays an E6 error code at around 122℉. If this case, check for a blocked water pump or adjust the power knob before restarting.
